There are many, many sources on the internet now that you can get your fights from.  That wasn't the case when we first started out back in 1997 or so.  We were the first on the internet to offer a comprehensive fight list on a website.  Back then, we had a different name and were using a free website host because we didn't even know what a domain was.

We have recorded our own fights since the 1980's.  For years, we were very compulsive about it and recorded everything that came on the TV.  Because of that we have a lot of fights that others don't have, which has made it possible for us to provide fights to many ex-fighters and their friends and families.

So what sets this website apart from all the others out there? You wouldn't believe me if I told you. That's why I've posted a site survey and the responses to the survey, so people who have ordered here can tell you in their own words why this site is different, and why they order here.

The internet is a rapidly changing landscape.  At one time, only a few websites offered boxing on tape or dvds.  Now, there are hundreds of them and new sites every day.

A lot of people are buying cheap career sets.  Buy a few sets, open a website and start cutting prices so you can sell more and pick up some bucks - sound good?  It was, for a while, for a few people, but now dvds sell for as little as $5.00 each.  No one can make real money at prices like those...and if they think they can, they are delusional.

However, the commonly available "cheap fights" mentaiity of both buyers and sellers has led me to stop offering the same thing as they do, as I am not willing to give my fights  away as if they were nothing but trades and cheap fights from career sets.

While this website remains available, it will be a specialty site that only offers what others can't - full coverage on 90% of my fights, and VG video on about the same percentage.

Everyone has some nice fights.  After all, I've sent thousands of fights out for 15 years - and they have made the rounds, being passed on  and on to others - but let me know when you find a website that offers 90% of thousands of fights all recorded in the SP mode on high grade tapes.  I've been in this since 1987 and have never found anyone else who did it that way.

Not that it matters to most boxing fans.  It just matters to me.
